- What happens after the 7-day trial?
- On day 8, your card is charged for the plan you selected — Small ($29/mo) or Large ($49/mo). You can switch plans or cancel anytime from inside the app.
- How do additional users work?
- Each plan includes a base number of users (3 for Small, 10 for Large). Add more from inside the app — they're billed at $5/user/mo, prorated to your billing cycle.
- Is annual billing prorated for new users?
- Your annual plan is paid up front. If you add users mid-year, the additional $5/user/mo is billed monthly until your annual renews.
- Do you offer nonprofit or church-plant discounts?
- Yes. We publish discount codes through partner organizations — no application required. If you have one, apply it at checkout.
