These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SundayFlow (the "Service") provided by SundayFlow, Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or downloading our Mac application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your church or organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
New customers may begin a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. On day 8, your selected plan begins and your card is charged. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from inside the app or by contacting support.
- Small Church: $29/mo or $290/yr; includes 3 users; +$5/user/mo over 3.
- Large Church: $49/mo or $490/yr; includes 10 users; +$5/user/mo over 10.
- Annual plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
3. Discount Codes
Discount codes are non-transferable and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Codes offering more than 50% off are limited to a single use per customer. We may revoke codes obtained through fraud, abuse, or distribution outside intended channels.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property.
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without our written consent.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization.
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to sermons, outlines, and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not train shared models on Your Content.
6. Generated Content
AI-generated drafts are tools for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish or preach. The Service may produce inaccurate or theologically imprecise output; always review before use.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination you may export Your Content for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted from our systems.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
